The easiest way to enjoy our service is with a permanent booking. This means you will secure a weekly arrangement for your child which guarantees your position for any before or after school care session. For those who may be only interested in occassional care, a casual booking is ideal. Casual bookings can be made as late as the day of, but are subject to availability. Those with permanent bookings are also able to add additional sessions on a casual basis. 
Usually around 2 weeks prior to each holiday session beginning, an information packet will be emailed out and uploaded to this site detailing the upcoming holiday program and allowing parents to book their children in for holiday care. In order to ensure we can organise appropriate staffing requirements, a booking cut-off day exists.
Permanent Bookings
Before School Care - $14
After School Care - $21.50

Cancellations made with less than  7 days notice will be charged the full fee for the session.
Casual Bookings
Before School Care - $16
After School Care - $23.50

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee for the session.

Holiday Care Bookings
Full Day - $51
(Additional fees for excursion and incursion days apply)
Late Holiday Care Booking - $5 per day per child

All fees in relation to Holiday Care must be paid at least one week in advance. 

Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full fee for the session, including any incursion/excursion costs.

Cancellations made with 7 days notice or more, will incur a fee equal to half the standard daily cost, plus any additional incursion/excursion costs.
Additional Fees
One-Time Enrolment Fee - $15 per child
Annual Administration Fee - $30 per family
Late Pickup Fee - $15 per 15 minutes
Non-Communication Fee (Not advising of absence) - $5

Making Payments

Statements are emailed out weekly to each active family. Payments can be made via cheque, eftpos, credit card, cash (at the centre) or directly into the YOSHC bank account:

YOSHC does not carry change so if you’re paying cash please bring in the correct amount.

If you’d like to see if you’re eligible for the Child Care Benefit (CCB) or the Child Care Rebate (CCR) please contact the Department of Human Services (136150) for a Customer Reference Number for yourself and your child. Once you’ve received these numbers pass them onto a Nominated Supervisor at YOSHC and we’ll enter them into the Child Care Management System (CCMS). It can take a few days for your CCB and CCR amount to come through so please be patient.
